Super-B Flat Deck Trailers
Lode King super-B flat deck trailers provide the operator with the opportunity to carry the biggest load in a single trip. A variety of designs are available to address a broad spectrum of applications.
PFJ Series Super-B Flat Deck Trailer
The PFJ series is designed to meet the needs of users that want a full 102” wide deck surface, typically for hauling lumber. The PFJ replaces the former PF1100 model. The side rails of this trailer are made of steel tubing, integrating stake pockets into this tubing. This design is intended to be flexible enough to accept loads up to the full width of the trailer and where tarping is required, to keep road contamination out of the load during transport. Load securement is accomplished through winches and receiving hooks mounted below the outer rails. The rear or pull trailer is typically fitted with forklift brackets to permit loading of this pull trailer onto the lead for an empty back haul.
PFG Series Super-B Flat Deck Trailer
This all-steel platform trailer is constructed of high quality steels and designed to withstand the most rigorous demands. The PFG replaces the former PF900 model. The PFG series platform trailers can be designed for use in general freight conditions to extreme duty and coil hauling applications where special design considerations must be taken into account.
PFK Series Super-B Flat Deck Trailer
The PFK super-B flat deck trailer combines the advantages of steel and aluminum into one package. The strength of steel is applied in the main rails, front and rear bolster and knee braces. Aluminum is used in the cross members and the outside rails to reduce the overall weight of the trailer and enhance its appearance. The PFK model supercedes and replaces the former PFA model.
PFL Series Super-B Flat Deck Trailer
The PFL version of the super-B flat deck trailer goes one step further than the PFK model in combining the advantages of the strongest steel in the lightest form, together with aluminum to produce a trailer that is lightweight and sturdy. The front and rear bolsters and the knee braces are also converted to aluminum with this model. As with the PFK, the cross members and outside rails remain aluminum while the main rails, kingpin section, suspension and under-ride protect are made of high strength steel. The PFL model supercedes and replaces the former PAC model
Lo-Runner Series Super-B Flat Deck Trailers
This package offers the lowest possible deck height to accommodate the bulkiest loads where overall height is of primary concern. Typically the lead trailer, with a drop similar to a drop deck trailer, is longer than the pull to maximize the total lower deck floor space. Large volume, bulky loads belong on this steel Lode King trailer.
