This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing parts for shipment while maintaining efficient inventory replenishment. Ensures the parts department remains organized, well-stocked, and clean to support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packaging parts suitable for shipping
- Receiving of parts
- Replenish inventory
- Keeping parts area organized
Physical Demands and Abilities
- Regularly lift and move 10-70 pounds
- Consistently perform repetitive tasks, in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
- Remain on your feet for the entire shift and frequently bend, kneel, stoop, reach, climb, and twist as required
Core Competencies & Personal Attributes
- Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset
- Excellent literacy skills, with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Detailed-oriented with a high motivation and initiative
- Dependable with consistent punctuality and a strong attendance record
- Demonstrates cooperation and teamwork
