We are now accepting applications for an experienced Painter. As a painter you will learn the art and practice of painting Lode King trailers. Our painters work in teams to prep and paint our high quality trailers.
Responsibilities:
- Touch up paint using high attention to detail and quality
- Operate handheld spray gun to apply spray paint on trailers and parts in a spray booth
- Clean and prepare steel and/or aluminum for painting or priming
- Follow and comply with company safety policies & procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous paint experience in a manufacturing environment considered an asset
- Detailed-oriented with a high motivation and initiative
- Proficient in the safe use of hand and air/power tools
- Strong ability to complete work accurately, efficiently and thoroughly while meeting production standards
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift 10-25 pounds
- Wear required PPE for job such as safety glasses, safety footwear and hearing protection
- Regularly possess manual dexterity, ability to bend, kneel, stoop, stand, reach, climb and twist
- Comfortable working at heights; safely move in and around trailers, hoppers and rolling platforms
- Consistently perform repetitive tasks, in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
