Lode King 12 Days of Christmas Contest Rules
The “12 Days of Christmas Giveaway” (the Giveaway) by Lode King Industries (the Sponsor) will run from the 10th of December 2018 until the 21st of December in the year 2018. Each day, you have the chance to win a Lode King jacket.

The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway (the Giveaway) by Lode King Industries (the Sponsor).
The Giveaway will run online between December 10th and 21st 2018, with a Lode King jacket being given away each day.
Who Can Participate?
All Entrants must be aged 21 years or older, and a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec). Employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not enhance your chance of winning.
How To Participate
The Giveaway will be announced and promoted via the Sponsor’s social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as the newsletter and online at lodeking.com.
The Giveaway will be held on the Sponsor’s Instagram account, @lodekingind. To enter, you must follow the Sponsor on Instagram, and have a public Instagram account.
Each day of the Giveaway, the Sponsor will publish a “Wintry Lode King image” for that day. To enter for that particular day, the Entrant must first like that photo, then mention a friend in the comments. There is no limit to the number of comments that can be made by an Entrant on a particular photo. Each comment with a mention constitutes a valid entry. All entries must be made by the Entrant’s own ability – entries using a bot or service that automatically creates comments will be invalidated.
Specifications
- The Giveaway will take place on Instagram at https://instagram.com/lodekingind
- The Giveaway will commence on the 10th of December 2018 and run until 23:59 Central Standard Time (CST) on the 21st of December 2018.
- Each day between December 10th, 2018 and December 21st, 2018 a new image will be posted.
- For the chance to win, the Entrant must comment on the photo for that particular day. Entries will not be carried over to the next day. All valid entries from each day will be collected and one (1) Winner will be selected at random. The Winners will be announced the following day via Instagram. The Winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message. Each Entrant can only win once during the Giveaway.
- Entries made via Instagram will be effective for the day posted only. Entries submitted via mail will be effective on the date the Sponsor receives and processes the entry. The Entrant is responsible for all costs of entering, including online access charges and postage.
- Winners will be asked to provide further contact details, including email address and valid postal address in order to receive their prize. The prize will be delivered free of charge.
- If the Sponsor does not hear back from the daily Winner within 3 calendar days, they reserve the right to pick a new winner.
- Entrants may enter the Giveaway unlimited times during each day.
- Entries that the Sponsor suspects are invalid or performed by automated services may be removed at their discretion.
- Each Entry (comment) must mention (@friend) two friends or other Instagram user. Comments without a mention will not be considered valid.
- Individuals who win a Prize are excluded from the remainder of the Giveaway.
- By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to receive direct messages via Instagram from the Sponsor.
- The Giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- Prizes must be accepted as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable for other goods or services and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services.
- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with; Instagram, Carhartt, Facebook, or any of their subsidiaries. In entering this Giveaway, the Entrant releases the aforementioned companies from any claims in relation to this Giveaway.
Prizes
Possible prizes include a Carhartt Lode King Jacket.
Odds of Winning
The odds of becoming a Winner are determined by the number of total entries per day.

Only one entry card will be accepted per Entrant. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or postage due entries; (II) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (VI) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
Indemnification
You agree to release and hold Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
Choice of Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, will be governed by and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Manitoba.
Privacy Policy
This Giveaway is administered by employees of Lode King Industries, a division of Triple E Canada Ltd.
The Sponsor may contact you via Instagram in accordance with their policies.
