Outfitting Assistant
Our Outfitting team is responsible for installation of prefabricated parts, air brake/suspension components, plumbing airlines, wiring harnesses/light and wheels/tires.
Key Responsibilities- Uses hand tools, power tools, equipment to assemble/fabricate parts according to specifications
- Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
Qualifications:- Must know how to read a tape measure and convert simple measurements
- Experience with hand and air/power tools
- Mechanical assembly and previous manufacturing experience an asset
- Detailed-oriented with a high motivation and initiative
- Dependable with consistent punctuality and a strong attendance record
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to regularly lift 10-25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Consistently perform repetitive tasks, in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
- Remain on your feet for the entire shift and frequently bend, kneel, stoop, reach, climb, and twist as required

Cleaner
We are now accepting applications for a part-time Cleaner on our day shift. This position will work approximately 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Clean floors and rooms, including sweeping, damp mopping, vacuuming, dusting
- Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and cleaning toilets and urinals
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Perform additional duties as needed
Desired Skills:
- Previous cleaning experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for short periods of time
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate in English

Parts Packaging
This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing parts for shipment while maintaining efficient inventory replenishment. Ensures the parts department remains organized, well-stocked, and clean to support smooth daily operations.

Physical Demands and Abilities
- Regularly lift and move 10-70 pounds
- Consistently perform repetitive tasks, in a fast paced, physically demanding environment

- Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset
